The Canewood Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of homeowners who are committed to serving the community and protecting the long-term interests of Canewood. The Board works collaboratively to oversee operations, manage finances, and ensure compliance with governing documents.

President: Traci Bennett
The President helps guide the overall direction of the Association, leads board meetings, and works closely with board members, vendors, and committees to ensure the community runs smoothly. This role serves as a general point of contact for community-wide matters.
Vice President: Travis Tennill

The Vice President supports the President and the Board in carrying out Association business and helps ensure continuity in leadership. This role may preside over meetings in the President's absence and often assists with special projects, committees, and homeowner engagement as needed.
Treasurer: Dottie Back
The Treasurer oversees the financial operations of the Association, including budgets, invoices, and financial reporting, helping ensure transparency and responsible stewardship of HOA funds.

Secretary: Chris Burlile
The Secretary maintains official Association records, including meeting minutes, governing documents, and correspondence, and assists with meeting notices and homeowner communications.

Director of Golf - Todd Higdon
Helps ensure the golf course remains a valued, well-managed asset for the community through thoughtful oversight and collaboration with golf professionals.
Activities Director - John Thomson
Oversees and coordinates community activities and events to promote resident engagement and a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.
Clubhouse Director - Chris Busey
The Clubhouse Director provides oversight and guidance for clubhouse operations, helping ensure the clubhouse remains a welcoming and enjoyable amenity for residents and guests.
